ASI Thermal Website is hosted on an SSL encrypted server, which is the industry standard for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read as the information travels over the Internet. All personal information is kept private and used exclusively to successfully process your order.

Your order is an offer to ASI Thermal to buy the product(s) and services listed in your order along with an Online Order number. All orders are subject to a 1-2 business day processing time prior to shipping. When you place an order to purchase a product and/or service from ASI Thermal, we will send you an email confirming receipt of your order and containing the details of your order (the “Order Confirmation”).
Your receipt of the Order Confirmation only confirms that we have received your order; it does not constitute ASI Thermal’s acceptance of your order or ASI Thermal’s confirmation of our offer to sell. An order is not binding upon ASI Thermal until it is accepted; ASI Thermal must receive payment before it will accept an order. Payment for product(s) ordered is due prior to shipment. Once payment is received and the order is accepted, ASI Thermal will issue an invoice to you and a contract will come into existence between you and us.
ASI Thermal may, in its sole discretion, at any time after receiving your order, accept or decline your order for any reason. In addition, ASI Thermal may, in its sole discretion, cancel your order and limit order quantity. Where your order is declined, canceled, or limited, we will inform you of this by appropriate means and you will not be charged. If however, your order is limited or canceled after your credit card has been charged for the purchase, ASI Thermal will issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge. We do not process or deliver orders on weekends or holidays.
We may process payment for and ship parts of your order separately.
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination of the items in the order. ASI Thermal does not offer International shipping options at this time. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Shipping fees are for the services provided by the carrier and will not be refunded if the item is returned for any reason.
Please provide accurate billing and shipping information along with phone number and e-mail address in order to properly expedite your order and to notify you in case there is a problem. Please check that the Billing and Shipping address is correct before finalizing your order to avoid delays!
If you would like to change the shipping address for your order, please contact us by email and include your new shipping address. Once the order is shipped, we cannot alter the shipping address anymore.
We do not have same-day shipping. All orders are subject to a 1-2 business day processing time prior to shipping. No deliveries will be made on Saturday or Sunday. Package transition time does not include Saturday and Sunday. Courier companies do not count Saturday and Sunday as shipping day. Some items in your order may deliver with one or more separate shipments on different dates. Please visit your order tracking page for more information about your packages. After the order is shipped out and received by the carrier, we will update you with a Tracking Information Number with which you can follow your package and see the remaining shipping time. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for the tracking information to update.
Be aware that these delivery times can become longer in case your order is placed during busier periods such as near Christmas or Thanksgiving.
We will use a combination of shipping carriers to ensure the safest, quickest delivery of your items with online package tracking.
In-stock items usually arrive within 1-7 business days, depending on your location.
Original outbound shipping costs are nonrefundable.

Payment & Currency
All orders are charged when you click “Place Order.” PayPal Credit and mail-in rebates are not available payment options. All transactions on our website are processed in US dollars (USD).
Signature & Ordering Deadline
All orders are shipped “signature required” upon receipt.

Packages Damaged, Lost, or Missing While in Transit
If you have a suspicion of your parcel being lost or missing while in Transit, please contact us by email. We can contact the shipping company to investigate the issue.
It is ASI Thermal’s prerogative to set the items covered for each type of return policy.
Standard Return Policy
Items covered by Standard Return Policy can be returned for a refund or replacement. You must request a return within 21 days of the delivery date.
45/1 Return Policy
Items covered by the 45/1 Return Policy, can be returned for a refund within 45 days of the delivery date or can be returned for a replacement within 1 year of the delivery date.
Replacement Only Return Policy
Items covered by Replacement Only Return Policy can only be returned for a replacement. You must request a return within 30 days of the delivery date.
Manufacturer Only Return Policy
Items covered by Manufacturer Only Return Policy cannot be returned to ASI Thermal. These items are covered by a manufacturer’s warranty.

Consumable Product Return Policy
Items covered by Consumable Product Return Policy, cannot be returned to ASI Thermal. Consumable products may include, but are not limited to, Printer Ink, Toner Cartridges, CD/DVD Media, Retail Packaged Software, Downloadable Software, Digital Products, Paper Products, Face Masks, Gift Cards, Prepaid Cards, SIM Kits and etc. that are consumed once they are used.
Non-Contract Cell Phone Return Policy
Items covered by the Non-Contract Cell Phone Return Policy can only be returned for a replacement. You must request a return within 30 days of the delivery date.
Services and Extended Warranties Return Policy
Items covered by Services and Extended Warranties Return Policy can be returned if the service or warranty has not been used or redeemed. To receive a full refund, you must request a refund within 30 days of the delivery date. For requests for refunds after 30 days, you may receive a partial refund. A pro-rated refund may be provided by the warranty provider.
All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
We will not accept returns due to a change of mind. It is the buyer’s responsibility to check the items description before checking out. Our Sales Representatives can help you if you have product inquiry questions.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
To return an item, please email customer service at email@example.com to obtain Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number. After receiving an RMA Number, place the item securely in its original packaging and the return form provided, and mail your return to the following address:

If you wish to cancel your order, please notify us immediately. You may cancel your order for a product at no cost any time before the order has been processed and shipped, provided ASI Thermal has sufficient time to cancel the order.
Otherwise, a cancellation fee of $20.00 or 10% (whichever is greater) will be charged. A cancellation fee will also be charged if your order is returned to us because of an incorrect address provided or is refused upon delivery.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process a refund for your return or exchange. Please allow at least fourteen (14) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
